(May - September) and 9:00AM - 12:00PM (October - April). The maintenance staff is available during what hours? Full staff is available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM, and emergency maintenance is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. What are the pool hours? 10:00AM to 9:00PM Daily. What are the hours of operation for the laundromat? The laundromat is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. How many washers and dryers does the laundromat have? We have 14 washers and 16 dryers. Washers cost $1.25 per use. Dryers cost $0.75 per use. What are the hours for the club room? The club room is available for use 7 days a week, but requires a reservation made in advance. It mat be used anytime after the normal business hours. A deposit is required, but is refundable if no damage. Some restrictions apply. Is the stocked fishing lake catch-and-release only? No, you may keep the fish if you plan to eat them. What species of fish is the lake stocked with? Bass, Bluegill, Catfish and Crappie. In the winter, when it snows, am I responsible for the clearing the sidewalks? No, our staff will clear and salt the sidewalks as well as plow the parking lots. What are the hours of operation for the exercise facility? The exercise facility is open 7 days a week. What is the speed limit on Village Drive? 20 Miles Per Hour Are there lights at the playground, basketball and tennis courts? No, these areas are not illuminated at night to reduce the possibility of late night disturbances to nearby residents. What is the minimum length of a lease at The Village Quarter? The minimum lease is 1 year. Are there any lease cancellation fees? Yes. In order to cancel a lease a resident must give a 30 day written notice. The cancellation fee is equal to one month's rent plus a carpet cleaning fee & and any other cleaning or damage charges that might be assessed at move out. Is renter's insurance required? Yes, renter's insurance - with a minimum liability coverage of $200,000.00, - IS required to live at The Village Quarter. Are pets allowed? If so, are there extra costs? The Village Quarter does allow pets. An additional payment of $200.00 (non-refundable) is required for one adult pet, under 20 pounds. An additional $15.00 per month is also charged for having a pet. Carpet cleaning & disinfecting fees and charges for any damage caused by the pet are also mandatory at lease termination. Can I have more than one pet? No. The Village Quarter only allows one adult pet (must be at least 1 year old & be house broken). The pet cannot weigh more than 20 pounds. I own a satellite dish TV system. Can I mount that outside my apartment? No. The Village Quarter does not allow satellite TV systems. We apologize for any inconvenience. I have children, what school zone is the Village Quarter located in? The area's Elementary School is Devaney Elementary. Is broadband (high speed) Internet access available at The Village Quarter? Yes. Broadband Internet connectivity is available in all units via the local cable company, Time Warner (RoadRunner). Digital Subscriber Line (DSL) connectivity is available in most units via the local phone company (Verizon). Does the Village Quarter provide handicapped parking spaces? Yes. Handicapped parking spaces are available. Does the Village Quarter have any kind of security? We have courtesy officers that live on-site and take emergency after-hours calls to the office (877-1795). They periodically patrol the complex as well as lock the exercise room, check the pool, et cetera. We encourage you to call the office or 911 if you have an emergency.
