Community Features   No other community in Terre Haute offers you the combination of convenience, comfort and friendliness that you'll find at The Village Quarter Apartments. Take time to look around. Shaded lanes and sunlit meadows encourage leisurely walks, bicycling or running. Get away from the outside world and make yourself at home in the beautiful surroundings. Recreational activities at The Village Quarter Apartments and in the immediate vicinity include: walking, hiking, jogging, picnicking, in-line skating, bicycling, swimming, fishing, tennis, basketball and golf. Clubroom      The Village Quarter's club room is located in the main leasing office. The club room has a big-screen TV, comfortable seating, table and chairs, as well as a kitchen. The club room is available for use 7 days a week, but requires a reservation made in advance. It mat be used anytime after the normal business hours. A deposit is required, but is refundable if no damage. Some restrictions apply. Exercise Facility   The exercise facility is also located in the main leasing office. The facility has a treadmill, a stair-climber, an exercise cycle as well as a very nice weight station. The exercise facility is open 7 days a week. Private Swimming Pool  The Village Quarter also has a very nice swimming pool available to residents (pass required). It is located just behind The Village Green Laundromat. No children under 14 permitted without a parent. No alcoholic beverages are permitted in the pool area. Pool hours: 10:00AM to 9:00PM Daily. 24-hour Laundry Facility   The Village Quarter's laundromat is open 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We have 14 washers and 16 dryers. Washers cost $1.25 per use. Dryers cost $0.75 per use. Tennis Courts The Village Quarter has two regulation size Tennis Courts, fully enclosed in chain-link fence. To be resurfaced in Spring, 2005. Basketball Court   The basketball court is located between the tennis courts and the playground. To be resurfaced in Spring, 2005. Playground   Your kids will love the playground. It boasts a swing set, slide, monkey bars, balance beams and nice wooden climbing equipment. There's also a small griil near the playground for you parents to grill some hotdogs and hamburgers while the kids play. Stocked fishing lake  Cast a line in the lake and pull out a nice bass, bluegill, catfish or crappie. Fishing licenses are not required for our residents. 24-hour Emergency maintenance   If you have a problem with your residence at any time, we have maintanence staff available 7 days a week. Full staff is available Monday through Friday 8:00AM to 4:30PM. Spacious Parking   The parking lots at The Village Quarter are very spacious and can can be used for the personal vehicles of our residents.
