The Village Quarter does allow pets. An additional payment of $200.00 (non-refundable) is required for one adult pet, under 20 pounds. An additional $15.00 per month is also charged for having a pet. Carpet cleaning & disinfecting fees and charges for any damage caused by the pet are also mandatory at lease termination.

Second story apartments - with vaulted ceilings : $10.00 per month.

A view of the lake or the woods : $10.00 per month.
